The Half Moon in Plumpton is a beautiful two hundred year old country pub, situated on the north side of the stunning South Downs and is just 5 minutes drive from the vibrant, historic county town of Lewes. The pub provides an ideal starting point or stop of for walkers, riders, cyclists and those wishing to explore the South Downs Way.

We are very proud of our menu offering truly great home cooked food, with fresh 'specials' available each day, and a traditional roast on Sunday. Dine in the warm glow of the open fires in the bar, enjoy table service in the restaurant, soak up the views on the terrace or run wild up in our seven acre picnic area.
